Heart Stead Holdings was born from a simple observation: the communities that need healthcare the most are often the ones served the least. After years of leadership in pharmacy operations and healthcare management, founder Joseph Ezeigwe saw firsthand the gaps in home care quality and caregiver support across New Jersey.
He founded Heart Stead Holdings to build something different — a vertically integrated healthcare platform where every company shares one mission: exceptional care, delivered with compassion, backed by enterprise-grade operations.
Today, Heart Stead Holdings operates through its flagship subsidiary, Heart Stead Health LLC, delivering compassionate home care services across New Jersey. As we grow, we plan to expand into additional healthcare verticals — building a network of care that's greater than the sum of its parts.
